Simply fill in the personalization fields with your name, location, and other details before completing your purchase. Make sure all the details are correct so your letter is perfect!

2. How long does it take to produce and ship my order?

Each letter is handcrafted and takes between 5 to 10 business days to produce, depending on demand. After production, your order will be shipped with all the magic to your address. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way!

3. Can I add a long last name or unique name?

Yes! We can accommodate long names, but to ensure they fit the style of the original letter, we recommend abbreviating longer surnames. The font we use is based on the one in the movie, so it has some spacing limitations.

4. Will the letter be delivered by an actual owl?

As much as we would love to use an actual owl, your letter will be delivered through regular mail services. However, rest assured that it will be safely delivered, and you’ll receive a tracking code to follow your order!
